Stacey brings over 23 years in dentistry as a Qualified Dental Nurse and Pg Dip Clinical Educator, with experience across general practice, maxillofacial surgery, Implants, 7 years in practice TCO and management and commercial sales, and leadership. As the founder of Practice Growth Coaching, she supports teams through nurse training, implant growth coaching and communication training to improve confidence and performance.
Tracie brings over 30 years in dentistry and 9 years as a Clinical Treatment Coordinator, She is Level 3 Trainer and as Director of The Dental Business Academy she specialises in TCO training and mentoring, front-of-house training, Intra Oral scanner training, and practice consultancy, while still working hands-on in practice two days a week.
Our approach is practical, supportive, and built for busy dental practices. Get step-by-step pathways for implants and aligners, so you always know what happens next. You’ll learn what to say at each stage, when to say it, and how to keep patients informed, calm, and confident throughout.
3) Communication That Converts (Without Feeling “Salesy”)
Use simple, human language to explain options, risks, and benefits clearly. Learn how to speak about fees and finance with confidence, and how to handle “I need to think about it” and common objections without pressure.
4) Using AI & Digital Tools as a TCO
Learn how AI and digital tools can support your day-to-day role, including enquiry handling, follow-up, and keeping tasks organised. You’ll also get templates for messages, reminders, and review requests to save time and stay consistent.

All course payments are non-refundable. This includes deposits and full payments. Once a place is booked, your space is reserved and course resources, planning, and staffing are arranged.
If you cancel more than 14 days before the course date, you may transfer your ticket to a future course date (subject to availability).
If you can’t attend, you may send a colleague in your place at no extra charge, as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before the course starts and provide their full name and email address.
If we need to cancel or move the course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer illness, venue issues, low attendance), you will be offered:
