3 month implant growth programme

Turn more implant enquiries into booked treatment , without feeling “salesy”.

What we work on together

I support your practice in three key areas:


1. Implant Journey Audit

We look at your full implant pathway, from enquiry to review:

  • How are implant enquiries being handled?
     
  • What is said on the phone and at reception?
     
  • How are options and fees explained?
     
  • What follow-up happens after the consult?
     

You’ll receive clear, simple recommendations and quick wins you can put into action straight away.


 

2. Team Training

Next, I train your team so they feel confident at every step of the journey.

This can include:

  • Front-of-house and phone skills for implant enquiries
     
  • How to talk about implants and alternatives in plain language
     
  • Ethical, confident fee conversations (without feeling pushy)
     
  • Role-play, scripts and real-life scenarios for your practice
     

Training can be delivered online or in-practice, depending on the package.


 

3. Ongoing Coaching & Support


Change doesn’t stick from “one good training day”.

That’s why the programme includes coaching and check-ins to:

  • Review your implant enquiries and conversions
     
  • Tweak scripts, processes and follow-up
     
  • Support your TCO and/or practice manager
     
  • Keep the whole team focused on the patient journey


 

Investment: from £2,250 per practice


This is the main programme I recommend for practices who are serious about growing their implant numbers.

Includes:  

  • A full audit of your current implant journey (from enquiry to completion)
  • 1 x full-day or 2 x half-day team training sessions
    • Front-of-house, TCO, nursing and clinicians
    • Communication skills for presenting Implant treatment options and fees
    • Patient Personality profiling (DISC) 
    • Social media 
  • 3 x monthly 60–90 minute coaching / strategy calls
  • WhatsApp/email support for your practice lead or TCO
  • Templates and tools:
    • Enquiry and follow-up trackers
    • Phone and consultation scripts
    • Post extraction treatment options crib sheet
       

Often, just 1–2 extra implant cases will cover the investment in this programme.


 Ongoing Implant Coaching Retainer

£350 per month (min. 3 months)


Available after completing growth programme. Ideal if you want continued support and accountability. Includes:

  • 1 x 60–90 minute online coaching call per month
  • Ongoing review of your implant enquiries and conversions
  • Script and process tweaks as your team grows in confidence
  • Support for your TCO / practice manager on real cases
  • Continued focus on the implant patient journey and revenue
