A LITTLE About ME.....

With over 23 years of experience in dentistry, I’m a Qualified Dental Nurse and Pg Dip Clinical Educator who has worked across all areas from general practice and maxillofacial surgery to implants, sales, and leadership. My journey has taken me from the dental chair to the training room, and now to the stage as a proud key speaker and educator.

As the founder of Practice Growth Coaching, I’m passionate about helping dental teams grow in skill, confidence, and communication. Through nurse training, implant growth coaching, communication workshops, and social media training, my mission is simple, to help practices and people reach their full potential. I believe that when a team feels confident, connected, and supported, everything from patient care to practice growth improves.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to two amazing daughters, aged 20 and 15, who continue to inspire me every day. I’m also a dog mum to Frankie and Connie, who keep life fun and full of muddy walks! When I’m not coaching or teaching, you’ll usually find me outdoors hiking, exploring new trails, or training for my next run. Running has become a big part of my life; it’s where I reset, reflect, and find my balance and I was proud to complete the Paris Marathon, one of my biggest personal goals yet.

Life for me is about growth, personally and professionally and helping others discover just how capable they truly are.
